Operation Wealth Creation
Operation Wealth Creation (OWC) was launched by H.E the President in July 2013 as an intervention to efficiently facilitate national socio-economic transformation, with a focus on raising household incomes and wealth creation by transforming subsistence farmers
Salary Earners Scheme
The SES in the Army was implemented in the last Quarter of the Calendar Year 2005. It was part of Welfare Scheme which was implemented together with Wazalendo SACCO to organize easy and affordable credit to UPDF Personnel.
